Our Carers 
We employ dedicated and caring people to support our council and private pay customers. Previous experience in care is welcome, but not required as we provide full induction and competency based training to all of our staff prior to commencing work. Staff continue to receive training through their time with us and are encouraged see care as a career. We encourage career progression and for staff to undertake NVQ training relevant to their roles. We identify capable people for internal promotion as they gain in experience and skills, and have a range of office and community based positions which we support staff to apply for.
