At MiHomecare we work with the customer to agree and provide the support they need to live comfortably in their own home. Every care package we arrange is tailored to fit around the customer and their personal requirements.
We help people live the way they want to, with dignity and in a familiar environment, surrounded by their own belongings and perhaps family or a much-loved pet. Our customers are encouraged to do as much for themselves as they can, and to make their own choices about how their home care is delivered. The difference that the support of a home carer makes can be life changing.
The comfort and safety of our customers is our number one priority. We are proud of our excellent reputation with our customers and their families, with Local Authorities and Social Service Departments, and with Care Regulators and Inspectorates. We are fully accredited and continually monitor our service and train our staff to ensure that our high standards are maintained.
